Dear Ben,
Hi honey! How are you? I'm wondering where you are, of course. I've written quite a few letters--some to Hawaii, some to Washington, some to Colorado. I think all of the traveling must make it hard to meet up with those letters. I've tried to find you in Hawaii and Louisiana, too! Again, we keep missing each other. I'm so glad that you were able to see Dad, and talk to Joel. You must realize that was a tremendous blessing to them.
My desire and prayer is to assure you how much I love you, and that any door, whether it be in California., or Hawaii, is always open to you.

So far, I've met three other brothers in my search for you--Doug, on O'ahu, Zecheriah and Ed in New Orleans. They are all very nice, and we had some good conversation. They seem reasonable and definitely love God very much. I always hope to run into you, but in the meantime, I'll just enjoy getting to meet other members of your church.
You know, there's a new fellowship starting up in Asheville, N.C. This group is allowing marriage and communication with families. It's something to think about!
Ben, you are in my thoughts and prayers every day, as I hope I am in yours. I know this goes for Joel, too,...and Pete!
